Disney Cruise Part 3

We got up early the morning we got to the Grand Cayman because we had an excursion planned to go swim with sting rays!  Here we are on the boat that took us to the island...

Family picture!  The person we happened to ask to take the pic was from Utah!  Small world!  They saw Shane's Ute shirt and were happy we were Ute fans!  I made sure to tell them that while all the Morrills might be Ute fans...I MOST CERTAINLY AM NOT!!!
Waiting to head out on the catamaran...
 The catamaran...
Of all the kids on board the captain asked Jackson if he wanted to drive!
 Getting ready to snorkel...
Josh and daddy snorkeling...
Jackson snorkeling...

Me snorkeling...
Swimming with the sting rays was awesome!  They felt so cool!
Jackson kissing the sting ray...
Getting a sting ray massage...
Mommy kissing it (Josh wouldn't!)...
But he WOULD get a back massage!!!
It felt so cool having a sting ray massage my back!
Parker kissing a sting ray...

Getting his massage...
Parker and I with our sting ray who Jackson named Peter...
It was a super fun day out on the beautiful ocean and it was a cool experience to swim with sting rays!  Tyce was a total wuss and was bawling in the water.  He was begging to go back to the boat but I wouldn't let him.  He eventually calmed down enough where he wasn't crying but he still wouldn't touch the sting rays.  Maybe next time!

More to come!!!

Disney Cruise Part 2

We spent one day at Cozumel, Mexico.  We hired a guy named Moises (who, he assured us, was NOT the "original Moses" haha) who drove us around in his van.  He showed us some really interesting parts of the city (schools, LDS church, markets, neighborhoods) and taught us a lot of about the culture.  It was very eye opening.  The homes are so modest and humble.  Everyone sleeps in hammocks too because of the heat.  It made me realize how fortunate we are here in the United States.  Moises drove us to this super nice beach/resort area where we snorkeled and played in the beach and in the pool.  We all had a great time!

Heading back to the ship...

Here are some more pics from on the ship.  The kids really enjoyed swimming in the pools...
The two that made this whole trip possible, Bart and Michelle, so cute...
Dinners were always an event to look forward to.  The food was yummy, the company was great, and the service was incredible!  Our servers Freddy and Helen were awesome.  They even cut up the kids food!

Auntie Tegan and the twins...

Josh was sure enjoying his ice cream, he didn't even notice that it was on his forehead!
The whole fam...
One of my favorite things on the ship was the Broadway style shows, I was SO impressed!  We went to three of them, The Golden Mickeys, Toy Story, and Dreams.  The cast was incredible, their voices were amazing.  The props and sets were amazing too...and to think this is all happening on a ship, in the middle of the ocean!  Craziness.  The kids all loved the shows too, Tyce's face whenever he would see a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse character was priceless.  "For the safety of those around you no photography during the show" so I have no pictures of them but here the fam is waiting for one of the shows to start.  We always lined up early so we got awesome seats for all three shows...
Grandpa let each grandkid pick something out from the gift shop, Tyce completed his Mickey Mouse Clubhouse stuffed animal set by getting Minnie and Daisy...he was so excited and slept the whole night with his arms wrapped around them all...
More to come!!!

Disney Cruise Part 1

For our Christmas gift this year Morrills took the whole family (minus Christine who just had a baby and didn't want to bring him on the cruise) on a Disney Cruise of the Western Caribbean!!!  We have been SO looking forward to this trip and it was everything we expected and much much more.  I took quite a few pictures so I'll do a few posts.

We had to get up about 3:30am for our flight but the boys woke up so excited it didn't matter how early it was!  Here we are waiting to board...
On the plane, my boys are such seasoned travelers they could probably fly on the plane alone and be perfectly fine (in fact tonight in the shower I heard Jackson talking to himself "for safety reasons, please keep your baggage with you at all times"  Hahaha)...

We flew into Miami to meet up with everyone else who had flown in the night before from Utah and Oregon.  Here's all the cousins, my three and Jackie and Tyler's three...Cole, Kate, and Luke...
Tyce and Kate were too cute together...
Boarding the ship proved to be a challenge because apparently the birth "certificate" that I've used for Tyce for the past four years is actually just a birth "record" from the hospital and is NOT proof of citizenship and they would not let him board.  It was a stressful couple of hours in which Tyce had to watch everyone else board the Mickey Mouse ship while he sat with mommy and daddy and waited.  He was a good sport and, after much stress and money, we were eventually able to get one faxed to the cruise office.  AH what a relief!!!

We dropped our stuff off at our rooms and headed to the deck for lunch outside!
 Foosball...
Words cannot express how excited Tyce was to see Mickey Mouse.  If you know him at all you know he is OBSESSED with Mickey and all his clubhouse friends so this was just paradise for Tycee.  Here he is the first night with Mickey...

Goodbye Miami!  We're off to set sail around the Caribbean!  Yes I took this picture and no I didn't edit it and no I'm not a photographer...but it turned out pretty didn't it?!
Josh lost a tooth one night at dinner, he wrote the tooth fairy a note telling her it was ok to explore the ship before she dropped off his money, haha too cute..

Tyce, Jackson, and Cole seeing Jake from Jake and the Neverland Pirates for the first time...

The boys LOVED the towel animals the maid would leave in our room every night, this night was a dog...
Tyce was giddy with excitement to see Pluto...

Waiting in line with daddy to see Chip and Dale...

The obligatory, look I'm laying out at the pool and here are my toes picture...

The weather was perfect the entire trip...mid 80s, slight breeze, super sunny...GORGEOUS!!!  Apparently the week before us it rained and next week it is supposed to rain so we got LUCKY!!

More pics to come!!!
