Update

No house pictures yet!  We are completely unpacked just have to hang stuff on the walls then I will do a new house post.  :)  Until then this is what's been going on...

While moving Parker found my memories box that has been buried in storage which was SO fun to go through!  I found my letterman jacket...
And my old FAVORITE stuffed animals Dorene Fanny, Pooch, Oscar (who STILL plays music!), and Scruffy.  I had such an awesome childhood and it was so fun to take a walk down memory lane...
Parker got this hilarious thing for haircuts...
One night Parker and I were busy unpacking and Tyce was "bored" so I told him to find something to do.  I came downstairs to this...
He had written notes to EACH of his classmates!  He wrote their name at the top then listed about five nice things about each of them (nice, pretty, fun, polite, good manners, good runner, smart, etc).  He is SUCH a sweet boy and SO thoughtful!  His teacher apparently read them in class the next day and got teary eyed at Back to School Night telling me about it...

Josh and Brody being lazy...
I WENT ON MY FIRST RUN IN 14 MONTHS!!!  I hadn't run since July 4th of last year and then had surgery in February of this year.  The doctor said once I can walk without pain I can run.  I only ran about two miles but it felt GREAT!!  I am soooo looking forward to getting back in shape!!!
Tyce my bookworm...

Anna and I having lunch on the deck...
Another sweet Tyce thing, I came into my bathroom to find this...
"I just thought you'd like some hearts in your bathroom mommy to remember that Tyce LOVES you!"
I love love love to kiss my boys when they're sleeping.  I go in at least five times a night and kiss their soft sweet cheeks.  They look so precious...

At Back to School night I got to see Tyce's journal and I loved these two entries...

This one he was supposed to write about his "biggest worry" and he wrote about a roller coaster in Disneyland that was he was afraid of!  Haha, LOVE that my son's biggest worry is a roller coaster!!!
Another cute one of him and daddy and his brothers on a bike ride.  I love the speech bubbles because that is exactly the things each of them say!
Thought this was cute too...
On Saturday Jackson had his first football game!  He plays safety, kicker, and receiver.  He actually had a great first game even though they lost.  He had some great tackles and had the only reception of the game!  He had fun and I'm looking forward to the season.  He thought he was pretty cool that he had the plays on his arm...

Josh also had his first game on Saturday!  They also lost-but-had fun!!!

Parker's best friend Troy got a job in New York so Denise threw him a little surprise congratulatory dinner at a yummy restaurant called Brio.  It was a really fun evening with delicious food!!!
We always tease these two about their "bromance" and I love this picture because Parker is so oblivious to Troy...

Sunday after church Parker and I changed into comfy clothes not realizing we were matching until Jackson pointed it out, haha we're so nerdy!!

Sunday was a BEAUTIFUL day outside so we went on a family walk which, of course, has to include balls, climbing trees, swinging from vines, sticks, etc...life with boys!!

Update

We've been crazy busy moving (more on that next post) but here's what's been going on the past few weeks...

Football is in full force for Jackson Blayne!  The first month was practices 5 days a week 2 hours each which was exhausting, especially when school started!  He was a trooper and never missed a practice.  Not to say he didn't complain but, hey, who wouldn't?!  Having to wear all those pads in the 90+ degree heat and humidity of Virginia?  Not fun.  His first game is this weekend but as of now they have him playing safety and possibly kicker!  Two nights in a row we got to practice (which in and of itself is a feat because its so hard to get them all fed, homework done, and on the road in time), walked alllll the way over to his practice field (again, a feat, it's as far as you can get from the parking lot), get all seated AND...a storm comes and they cancel practice.  SO annoying!!!

I overheard Jackson and Tyce one night (when they were supposed to be reading) talking about how to get six packs, hahaha...

Tyce loves to read and this is him many mornings...
Lazy Sunday afternoon watching a movie and eating popcorn...

Anna Banana and I making cookies!  She was a great helper in charge of spilling the flour all over the floor and sneaking bites when she didn't think I was looking!  Haha, love this girl!!!
Poor Tyce took quite the spill on his bike.  His face, elbows, knees, and hands took quite a beating...
Tyce's fort...
Brody loving Tyce's fort...
The day before my birthday the boys thought WAS my birthday so they got up, made their beds, got dressed, and had breakfast all ready before my alarm even went off!  They were bummed they had the wrong day but since they were all up and ready early they got to ride their bikes to school with daddy, something they have been asking to do since the first day of school.  They loved it and also loved riding home.  Tyce said lots of teachers were asking him questions on his way home, I think they were worried about him riding home without an adult.  Jackson stayed by him the whole way (1.2 miles) and all was well!

Friday was my 32nd birthday and I went out to dinner with Traci (her birthday is 3 days after mine so we always celebrate together) and Sarah!  It was a fantastic night and I loved celebrating with my two pregnant friends!!!
Josh's card to me...
SO sweet!!
Cake time!!!
Josh took Parker for a daddy/son day and Josh learned how to use chopsticks!  He was pretty proud...
Relaxing at the pool...

Josh had his first soccer practice this week.  His coach is a friend from our ward and his son, Josh, is on the team.  Our Josh's will have lots of fun together this season!  I LOVE watching Josh play soccer whether it's at practice, in the backyard, or in games.  Not necessarily because soccer is my favorite sport but he is fun to watch and you can tell how much he absolutely loves soccer!

Next post-OUR NEW PLACE!!!  :)
