Thanksgiving in Neola!

We had an awesome Thanksgiving with Morrills out in Neola this year.  Jackie and Tyler came out from Oregon so the WHOLE family was there together which was so nice!

We were missing Tegs but these aunties sure love their new nephew!

Off to Grandma's house!!

Christine and her YUMMY fruit salad...
 Kids table...

Lucy was NOT interested in looking at the camera...

 Adult table!
So I am pretty much obsessed with my new nephew Rhett!

Even his poop face is adorable!

Jack looks so big holding him!
Lunchtime, Cole chooses a veggie platter and Jack chooses Fruit Loops...win for the Petersons!!
We went to see the new Grinch movie, super cute!

Saturday morning Parker and I got up early to head home for the funeral of a ward member, Robert Allen, who died running on the trail by our house.  The weather was insane on the drive, first it was rain, then a beautiful double rainbow...

Then total whiteout conditions and slippery roads...
Luckily we made it safe and sound.  On our way back here was our pretty view...
What you CAN'T see is the five kids behind them!  Minivans rock...
The boys loving on their new cousin...

 Uncle Parker!
I love how he sleeps on his little hands...

Lucy is hot and cold with people but I got her in a good mood and she snuggled on my lap for stories, such a cutie when she wants to be!
 Aunties!

This is when Jack held him for the first time...
So fun to be able to spend time with Jackie!  We miss her all the way in Oregon!
Of all the cousins these two are the most into baby Rhett...
Breakfast of champions for Josh!  I am pretty lax about what they eat/drink when at Grandma's house, lucky them...
Saturday while we were at the funeral everyone else went up into the mountains to pick out a Christmas tree...

 More of sweet Rhett...

So...Jackie and Tyler hit a bunch of birds on their way out and one went through the grill!  Jack had the perfect long skinny arms to get it out...
I didn't get any pics of the food but Jackie got one of the pies...

November!

The other day I came home to this...Tyce on his kindle eating Halloween candy.  He says, "life is good!"
Jack being a weirdo...
Wrestling...
Which leads to knocked over pictures...

Family game night with crazy hair Josh...
Chester taking his nap in the sink...
Crazy hair day at Tyce's school...

I have THE best hubby, I just do.  He always does sweet little things to show me his love.  He knows I hate squeezing the last bit of toothpaste out of my tube so when he sees mine get low he takes it for him and gives me a brand new tube.  It may seem small but it is a sign that he's thinking about me and loves me, I'm a lucky girl!
AND he dropped these beauties off for me at work!!!  He knows I do NOT like flowers for holidays but flowers for no reason?!  Heck yes!!  They were so beautiful, smelled so good, and I loved having them in my office to cheer me up...
My mom and I babysat these two cuties while everyone else went to a Jazz game.  Emma was sick but still such a good big sis making Audrey laugh in the tub...

Audrey is a total mommy's girl so I NEVER get to hold her or really even touch her when Lindsay is around.  But since mommy was gone Audrey had to settle for Auntie Jenn!  I wouldn't say she LOVED me but she tolerated me and we had so much fun reading tons of stories!
Then she fell asleep on me and it was so precious...
Parker and I have been running together on Thursday mornings and I love it!  Exercise and time with my hubby, what more could I want?  We usually only have time for about five miles but try to go faster than I do on my long runs.  The other day it was particularly chilly and I got FROST on my EYELASHES!
And my hair...
My running partner...
The twins had their end of the season football party at Boondocks...
They each got a framed pic from the season...

And their team pics...

Coach Parker and his two favorite players!
Tyce trying on his new goggles, in my bed, in his pjs...
For family game night Sunday the boys decided to play Spoons but put them at the bottom of the stairs and play cards at the top of the stairs, that way they have to run/slide/roll down the stairs to get a spoon.  It was VERY intense...
Parker even came away bleeding!

One of my cute new shirts!
I went in to check on Jack and he's reading with about 100 balls on his bed, cracks me up that kid...
Tyce showing off how much stroganoff he can eat...

"Boys, time to brush your teeth" apparently means wrestle while brushing teeth...
Jack's injuries...

More to come!!
