Update

Here's what's been going on in the Morrill household...

Jack is loving Ninja Warrior class.  Him and his friend Adam are the only ones in the class which we are LOVING!  Pretty much private lessons for a decent price!  He goes every Tuesday and Wednesday and really really enjoys it.  I am usually at baseball with either Tyce or Josh so I rarely get to watch him but last week Josh's game was rained out so we headed over to the rec center to check him out...

Big news...WE GOT A SECOND CAR!!!  We've had one car since we moved out to Virginia and, for the most part, it hasn't been too bad.  With Parker working in DC he'd just walk 3-5 minutes to the train and it'd take him right there.  However, lately he's been working in the Tyson's Corner office and the public transportation to there isn't as convenient.  Many times the bus to the train is late so Parker misses the train and has to sit there for 45 minutes in the snow, rain, wind, cold, etc.  We decided he's sacrificed long enough and our quality of life finally outweighed the finances so we pulled the trigger.  Parker did lots of research and finally decided on the 2014 Nissan Altima 2.5 SL...

I've already fell in love with the heated seats, heated steering wheel, streaming Pandora, the uber comfy seats, and many other cool gadgets that our mini van lacks.  It's so weird to make plans with TWO cars...Parker and I can be in DIFFERENT places at the SAME time!!!  We will sure get a lot of use out of these two cars!

Tyce is still LOVING preschool, here's his picture...so stinking cute...
Here's his class...David, Charlie, Chelsea, Luke, Anthony, and Mrs. Blue...
Josh had his first baseball game last week.  He is in the pee wee league this year and is using the pitching machine for the first time.  He did pretty well!  I think he struck out twice and hit it three times, getting to 2nd or 3rd base each hit.  I was proud of him!  He's also on the pitcher's mound and is really doing well at that, he's pretty good at understanding where the ball needs to get to and also has a pretty good arm on him!  The parents sit pretty far away so these are the best pics I could get...

Josh's art work from school that I just thought was cute...

Brody cracks me up, if there is even the SLIGHTEST hole in the food in his food dish he won't eat it.  The other day he was meowing like crazy and I figured he was out of food and starving but, no, there was just a hole...spoiled kitty!!!
Tyce missed his second t-ball game (missed the first while he was in Utah) to attend Cougar's Kindergarten Kickoff!  He was SO excited to go check out where he will be next year.  He was beyond adorable there.  "Mommy I just love being here with you.  Mommy I LOVE the STAIRS in this school!  Mommy I love the classrooms.  Mommy can I make new friends here?  Mommy can I go here tomorrow?  Mommy can I still go to preschool?"  Haha, he's torn between his love for preschool and his desire to start kindergarten.  Too cute.  The teachers were impressed with how well he could write his full name!

Getting some couch time snuggles in with my boys on a rainy day...

We've decided, rather spur of the moment, to rip out our "front yard" and re do it.  The kids always run and ride their bikes through the landscaping so we're going to put stone down instead.  This will also help with parking our second car since our garage isn't quite big enough to fit both cars since we have the fridge, bbq, bikes, etc.  Here's the beginning phase...
The boys were a huge help.  Now it's just a mud pit, hopefully I'll have "after" pics to show you soon!!!
We went out with our friends Troy and Denise the other night and I just thought Troy and Parker looked so cute chatting at Pinkberry...bff's these two!
That's about it!  Tyce has his first t-ball game tonight, all of us except for Jack are struggling with allergies for the first time ever, and we are excited for SPRING and SUMMER and all that they will bring!!!

Easter!

Our Easter Bunny came on Tuesday since the boys were out of town.  They were SO excited to come home and do the egg hunt and find their baskets...

Here's Tyce's: swim suit/swim shirt, flip flops, church shirt, new pony, and candy candy candy...
Josh's: swim suit/swim shirt, flip flops, church shirt, pokemon cards, and candy candy candy...
Jackson's was the same as Josh's...
The Easter bunny filled and hid 90 eggs!!!
Here they are waiting to start the egg hunt...
 And they're off!

Hahahha, poor Tyce's pants NEVER stay up!  That's what happens when you have no hips and butt, I have NO idea where he got that from  ;)

Then they headed upstairs to find their baskets...

They had a great time but the real meaning of Easter wasn't lost on Tyce...he told me ALL about his resurrection lesson from "the Utah primary."  I'll see if I can get it on video and post it, it's precious.
