Fall Update

We celebrated Parker's dad's 60th birthday with a (semi) surprise party at Cabellas!  While we were waiting for Bart and Michelle to get there Tyce had to go potty and, for whatever reason, went to the downstairs bathroom.  When he came back up he said "I just saw grandpa in the bathroom!  He asked what I was doing here (because this was supposed to be a surprise) and I just turned and ran out of the bathroom."  Hahaha!  But he was surprised his brother Stewart was there so it wasn't a COMPLETE failure!  Regardless, we all had a great time and HAPPY 60TH BART!!!

One morning after Josh's game we grabbed some lunch at Black Bear Diner...
We decided to start a new family tradition where we hike the Y every conference weekend!  The boys have been very excited to hike this, every time we drive by and see the Y on the mountain they ask if we can hike up there so...we finally did!

Here they are at the beginning...
Interestingly and surprisingly, Jackson struggled with the hike!  It is very very very steep but I still expected more from him as he is usually my toughest and strongest!  Josh cruised up it, running sometimes!  Tyce was super tough, I was so proud of him and his little legs.  At one point Parker offered to give him a piggy back ride and he said "no cuz I want to be able to say I walked the WHOLE thing!"

AT THE TOP!!!

They had a blast for over half an hour throwing rocks down the Y and seeing if they would hit whoever was at the bottom of the Y...this pic it was Josh...

WE MADE IT!!!
Chester has found a new favorite place to hang out...
Speaking of Chester, Luna was laying on this windowsill when her mean brother jumped in, pushed her out of the way...
 Then promptly fell fast asleep...hahahaha...
Gathering at the water hole, an every morning occurrence...
Tyce got Bucket Filler of the Week at school!

So proud of him!  He is such a sweet boy at home, at school, everywhere he goes!
We met up with Michelle, Christine, Kai, and Zae at Gardner Village one night...

The kids had a FABULOUS time...

Beautiful Christine and her adorable boys...
Mommy and her boys...

Watching the witch mix her potion...

Stirring the cauldron...
Learning a new witch dance...
Getting a haircut by a witch...
These boys sure love their Grandma!
Ring around the rosie on the jumping pillow!
Picking out goodies at the sweet shop...

Tyce is in stroke school in preparation to join swim team and he is LOVING it! Crossing my fingers he'll be my swimmer!!!

Got another sweet note from some students I subbed...
Poor Jack passed out in the car after his lacrosse game, he had been up late the night before at my parent's house and this kid is like me and NEEDS HIS SLEEP!  He was exhausted during his game and pretty much just stood there, hahaha...
Tyce and Bridger selling rocks and candy, they only made $0.75 from Jackson, haha.  I told them selling on a horseshoe where no one drives by is not the best marketing technique!
We celebrated Abbi's 16th birthday!!!  Here's the kitty we all wanted to adopt but turns out she already has a home...
The birthday girl...

COUSINS!!!

This is how Tyce insisted on going to swim practice, in the car, the whole way...
I washed my sheets but couldn't make my bed because of these three lazy lumps...
The boys all had their school fun run, Tyce was really into it and called all our family members asking for donations, it was adorable...

Naughty kitties...

Our van hit 90,000 miles!!!
And last, but not least, cuddling daddy watching the Nats lose...
