Father/Son Campout

Friday afternoon Parker and all the boys headed up to the ward father/son campout.  They have been counting down the days until Friday, they were all so excited.  Parker took a few pictures...

They got home Saturday morning and were all exhausted, dirty, and stinky.  Those are the signs of a good campout right?!  I'm glad they had fun, if we can find a cool weekend I might just join them for a family campout!  

Tyce's First Dentist Appointment

Today was Tyce's first dentist appointment!  I was pretty nervous, he's only two and I had no idea how he would be.  We talked about it all week and he got super excited (even though he had no idea what to expect).  He was an angel, a little apprehensive when they first laid the seat back and he also wasn't a big fan of the flossing.  But he didn't cry or squirm, he was so good!  The dentist and hygenists were very impressed with him.  :)

After they were done they got stickers, ninja guys, and popcorn from the dentist!  I'm glad my kids like the dentist, I hope it stays that way.  I really like our dentist and they have a fun waiting room with a play kitchen, which my boys love.  They ask to go early so they can play there!  Hilarious.  Now we're off to their baseball game!

Weight Watchers Week 1

Results of Week 1:

Lost 6 pounds!

I know it won't continue at this pace, the beginning is always the easiest, but I'm sure happy to be seeing results.  So far I really like the program, I can see how it is a lifestyle change rather than a diet.  I eat what I want, it's just a matter of choosing healthy foods and portion control.  I even saved up my "free points" and went out to Cheesecake Factory with Parker on Saturday!  I still have a long way to go, I'd love to lose 40 pounds but would be happy with 30.  Wish me luck!
