Results of Week 1:
Lost 6 pounds!
I know it won't continue at this pace, the beginning is always the easiest, but I'm sure happy to be seeing results. So far I really like the program, I can see how it is a lifestyle change rather than a diet. I eat what I want, it's just a matter of choosing healthy foods and portion control. I even saved up my "free points" and went out to Cheesecake Factory with Parker on Saturday! I still have a long way to go, I'd love to lose 40 pounds but would be happy with 30. Wish me luck!
