Tyce and Luke Go to Oregon!

For their birthdays Grandma and Grandpa Barraclough flew Tyce and Luke to Oregon for a week!  They have been very excited to go, especially Luke because it was his first time going.  My dad flew them out...

They were angels on the plane and totally glued to the movie...
Right when Luke walked in he asked for a popcorn ball, which he specifically requested that Grandma make for him.  Tyce does NOT like those but luckily Grandma made rice krispie treats which he loves!
Breakfast at the bar watching cartoons...
Watching movies in the bunk bed...
Greek yogurt at the pool...
Dressing up as super heroes is probably their favorite thing to do so I sent some costumes in Tyce's suitcase and my mom bought them some swords...
Relaxing at Jim and Mel's...
Eating broccoli....
Eating hamburgers (much better!)  Apparently Luke copied Tyce in everything all week so whatever Tyce ordered Luke ordered the same.  By the end of the week Tyce was annoyed so he would wait and make Luke order first then he'd order, hahaha.
Bowling and bumper cars...

They loved the park in the evenings when it cooled down...
Slushies trying to beat the heat...
Lava caves!  Apparenlty Luke was braver than Tyce!

On their hike they insisted on wearing their head lamps and bringing their swords...

Tyce fell on the hike and re-opened his dreaded treadmill wound!
The reptile store was Tyce's favorite thing...

Relaxing at the pool, "I want my towel to look like Tyce's"...
My mom told me that the two of them got in a little tiff and Tyce stormed off and went into the bedroom and closed the door.  Luke, who is both smart and hates when Tyce is mad at him, went and grabbed the rice krispie treats from the kitchen, stood outside the bedroom door and said "Tyyyyyce, if you come out I will give you a rice krispie treat!"  Hahaha, well it worked!  Tyce opened the door, ate a treat, then they continued playing!

So glad they had such a fun week and huge shout out to my awesome parents who took care of and entertained two crazy boys for a whole week!  It will definitely be a week to remember!
