Night 3...

I wonder how many more of these posts I'm going to have to do until he's sleeping through the night? Last night he slept from 8:30pm to 7:30am. He woke up fussing at 4:30, 5:30, and 6:30am. Better I guess?

We're snowed in this weekend, I cannot believe how much snow we have outside. It's so pretty though! I'll try to get some pics of the boys out in the snow to post later...

The Funny Things We Say...

As a stay at home mom I think there are many things that I say that are actually pretty funny but I don't realize it at the time. For example, today I opened up the fridge to get some milk out and what do I say?

"Why are there Book of Mormons in my fridge?" Hahahaha.

The boys have been "reading the scriptures" all day today and apparently they needed to get "frozed." It was funny because Jackson said..."Josh, this scripture says JOSHY CANNOT READ SCRIPTURES." Hahaha.

Night 2...

Well, last night wasn't quite as good as the first night. He slept from 8:00pm to 7:30am but woke up about five times. The good news is that he never really got to the point where he was screaming. He woke up pretty hungry and had a big breakfast. My parents will be here next Wednesday and my mom says I have to have him sleeping through the night by then because she will NOT be able to stand listening to him cry. Let's hope Tyce cooperates!

This morning they were all so cute sitting in my bed watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse (their favorite cartoon)...

So yesterday we were giving Tyce a tub and Jackson goes..."Mommy, I love Tyce SO much that I want you to have ANOTHER Tyce." It melted my heart. Today while we were giving him a tub Jack goes..."Mommy, why didn't you have TWO Tyces like there's two of me and Joshy?" Hahaha, it was cute. They rarely talk about the fact that they are twins, I wonder how much they really understand it. It still amazes me how great they are with Tyce. They absolutely adore him and never get sick of him. My favorite part of the day is when I go get Tyce out of his crib and bring him into my room...the twins get SO excited Tyce is awake and Tyce's little face just lights up as soon as he sees his brothers. I love my boys!!!
Well I better get to the gym before the snow comes...sounds like we'll be snowed in all weekend!

Night 1...

Last night was night #1 of letting Tyce cry. He slept from 7:30pm to 2:00am, then fussed on and off (but never a hard cry or scream or anything) till about 5:00am. Then...he slept till 9:30am! Amazing! He never sleeps past 7:30! When I went in to get him in the morning he was SO happy and SO excited to see me. He kicked his legs and flailed his arms, I love it. I love that he forgives me for letting him cry. =) I'm not getting my hopes up that tonight will go as well, but it'd sure be nice!!! Wish us all luck!!!

P.S. I'm sure you're all thinking, oh good, they must've gotten a good nights sleep...but no, Parker and I were wired for some reason (stressing about whether or not to buy a house I guess) and then Jack wet the bed SO...it was another sleepless night...

Big Boy Tyceroo!

Tyce had his 6 month appointment yesterday and he did great! He weighs 19 pounds (75%) and is almost 29 inches tall (97%)! He's a big big boy! I'm so glad he's tall like his daddy! The doctor was amazed at how strong he was. I talked to her about his sleeping (or lack thereof) at night and she said, once he gets feeling better, it's definitely time to just let him cry. It's so hard and so sad but has to be done, for his sake and mine!
He's on solids twice a day and is actually eating a lot less than he used to. He definitely loves baby food more than his bottle. He takes two naps a day and goes down very easy for naps and bedtime, all we have to do is lay him in his crib and give him his la la and binky. Now if only we could get him to STAY ASLEEP!
He sits up perfect but is starting to decide he wants to be more mobile and play with his brothers. He'll roll all the way across a room to get something he wants. I'm hoping he won't crawl anytime soon but it's looking like he will. He loves to bounce in his exersaucer and loves to be in the room with his brothers. He is literally the happiest thing in the world. He will smile all day. He rarely rarely cries.
I love my Tyce and feel so blessed he is MY boy!
Here's some random pics of my chubalub...
