Update

While my parents were here we all went out to dinner to celebrate my birthday...

Sunday night Tyce and I headed to the hospital for his sleep study to see if his tonsils are causing sleep apnea and thus need to be taken out.  He was pretty excited to have a sleepover at the hospital with mommy...
He was an angel while they hooked him up, it took forever and he kept on getting more and more uncomfortable.  He only cried once when they put the nasal cannula and this other sensor thing up his nose.  We ended up taking it out until he fell asleep then putting it back in.  The technicians went on and on and on about how he's the best patient they've ever had, so cooperative and so happy.  I was so proud of him!
I was worried he'd have a hard time falling asleep but he was out in 5 minutes, slept till 5am, when he woke up to go potty.  Luckily they had enough data so we were able to go home!  Tyce went back to sleep and slept until 10am!  We should hear back in about two weeks the results of the sleep study.
Monday was our last day at the pool with our awesome lifeguards from Slovakia.  In the four years we've lived here they were by far our best lifeguards.  When we were leaving they gave the boys their lifeguard gear, hats, fanny packs, and whistles.  The boys thought they were pretty cool...
This week soccer started!  We decided to try soccer this fall instead of football and we'll see how it goes!  Their first game is Saturday but here are some pics from their first practice...

Getting back into the school routine has been a little rough around here.  Tuesday and Wednesday they were tired and whiney.  Last night we talked about being happier in the mornings and Josh even prayed that they'd have a better morning.  This morning I woke up and came into their room to this...
Sweet boys had gotten up with their alarm, got dressed, and made their beds and were just sitting there waiting for me with big grins on their faces.  It was so cute how excited they were to make me happy.  I don't know if they'll keep it up but I could sure get used to it!!!
