Utah Trip Part 6-McCall #1

Sunday we packed up and headed to McCall, Idaho for a week on the lake with my whole family!  Parker and I drove my dad's car with all the boys in it.  They were all angels considering how long it took.  We drove 6 hours to Boise then stopped for lunch and grocery shopping.  Then we hopped back in the car and drove another 2 hours to McCall.  It was a long day but well worth it for the week of fun ahead!

Here they all are in the car...

Almost all the adults woke up before the kids the first morning!  Linds and I were downstairs talking and all the sudden we see feet walking down the stairs, it was so cute how they all came down together...
 Still waking up, watching cartoons...

This is where we spent the week, beautiful home, beautiful lake, our own dock, it just doesn't get any better than this...
 Josh, Jack, and Mason tubing...

Tyce and Luke playing in the sand...
 Jackson loved kayaking...
Josh and Grandpa blowing up the tubes...
 The backyard view...
Jackson's hair turned super blond that week from the sun...
 Abbi, Josh, and Jackson tubing...
 Tyce and Luke tubing...
 Josh driving the boat...
 Parker and Jason tubing...
We celebrated my mom's birthday while we were there.  Instead of paper cards, which she doesn't really like, we decided to verbally just tell her one thing we love about her.  I talked to all the kids about it beforehand so they could have something thoughtful ready to say but asked them to keep it a surprise.  Jackson, typical, was stressing about what to say.  My mom was playing games with them and Jackson leaned over and whispered (loudly) to Josh "so what are you going to say about Grandma?"  Josh leaned over and whispered (loudly) to Jackson "umm...probably something about her F O O D (spelling out the word food!).  Hahahahaha my mom had to try SO hard to keep a straight face!

Daddy played LOTS of games over the week...
We went out to our some of our fav restaurants for dinner...

 Grandpa and his boys...

They all love doing bead crafts...
Jackson and Luke playing Go Fish...
Tyce was sure Mr. Brave this year!  He would swim without a life jacket from the beach to the boat!  It was so nice to not have to worry so much about him in the water this year!
 Daddy and Jackson...
The water seemed colder this year than last but the kids still had a blast in it...
This is my super sexy husband  :)
Tyce and Luke tubing...yes Luke is in there, you can see the top of his head!  I was proud of him going by himself at such a young age!

 We roasted marshmallows one night...

 Hahaha, Luke's burned one...
Emma sure loved her Uncle Parker!  He made her smile and laugh like no one else!  It was sweet seeing a baby GIRL in his arms for once!  :)

More McCall pics to come!
